The painting appears to be divided into two halves, lengthwise and widthwise, like four squares. In the lower right half of the picture, a landscape of light brown earth is visible. On it, three black figures are seen walking away. At the edges of the earth, there are gray mountains, and above a blue sky. A large stork hovers above everything, painted white with its edges black.
The left part shows a densely packed crowd of people, only their heads and part of their bodies are painted in different hair colors, with a hint of clothing. It appears to be many women, looking forward, without faces.
At the top left, a landscape of trees is visible, and next to it, a blue-colored opening with red and black edges, perhaps a tunnel and perhaps a row of graves.
A red bird hovers above the lower two parts.
A gouache painting by Adi Hodia Shahar from Kishon School.
